Business Development Manager

As Business Development Manager, you will operate in a fast-paced role, looking after between 30-35 sites across your region. You will be responsible for managing the budgets and the P & L and you will ensure you drive revenue and volume through each of your sites.

Who we're looking for
You will ideally have experience in the tenanted market at a multi-site level. This is a fast growing business so you will be operationally sound, a great communicator and have the ability to coach and develop a team you do not directly manage. Self-sufficient, you are looking to further your horizons and grow a real entrepreneurial business.

What's on offer
£35,000-£45,000 Basic Salary plus £3,500 Car Allowance & up to 25% Bonus
